PB & CO is the realisation of a project based around real estate, events and mountain hospitality.
PB & CO was founded in 2021 by Pierre Beausire, a chamoniard at heart. As a gateway between Switzerland and France, PB & CO offers private individuals and professionals, top-of-the-range, made-to-measure services.
Active in the search, acquisition and management of real estate, as well as in the organisation of mountain services, PB & CO has a valuable network of service providers and partners that today extends from the French Alps to the Italian Alps, via Switzerland. Pierre Beausire, Founder and Business Director
Born in Vevey, Switzerland, Pierre Beausire began his professional career in finance in London, before moving to Geneva in 1998. He quickly became head of the departments he joined, excelling in investment banking and, more specifically, in bond trading and advisory.
During these thirty years of high-level corporate experience, he has developed his economic, technical and market knowledge, but also his service, listening, rigour and reliability skills, which he possesses naturally.
A former European-level downhill skier, then coach to the French-speaking Switzerland ski team for 3 years, his passion for the mountains led him to Chamonix.
A resident of this very special valley for over 20 years and nicknamed the “chamo swiss” he has found it to be an extraordinary place to play, with fascinating people and an inspiring lifestyle.
In 2013, he undertook his first complete renovation of a property – his own flat – in just 6 months! It was then that he discovered his keen interest in architecture and interior design. This was undoubtedly one of the revelations of his project in the making.
On the eve of his 50th birthday, Pierre decided to change his life and gave birth in 2021 to his project, which had matured after ten years of reflection.
A perfectionist at heart and well determined to do his utmost to meet the most demanding requirements, Pierre decided to go back to school and take the real estate brokerage course at the SVIT Swiss Real Estate School. He passed his diploma in March 2022.
He now holds all the cards to offer his customers the best possible support in carrying out their projects.

Ludivine Rodriguez, Communications and Events Manager
Passionate about events and communications, Ludivine Rodriguez has many strings to her bow. Born in Geneva to a Swiss mother and a Spanish father, this project manager with Iberian blood does everything she can with tenacity to make customer satisfaction, her number one priority.
With an atypical and artistically oriented background, she joins projects in the making that she believes in, in order to bring a solid structure to them, to add her touch from the start and to contribute to their growing success.
On a whim (or almost ☺), she joined PB & CO in March 2022, not only because she was convinced of the potential of this newly established company, but also because she shares in every way, the solid, human business values established by its founder, Pierre Beausire.
